By accessing or using CodeLinks ("the Service"), operated by CodeKunda at link.codekunda.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CodeLinks is a product of CodeKunda. It provides a link-in-bio page builder that allows users to create a personalized page with links to their content, social profiles, and websites. The Service includes free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CodeLinks to:

• Host, link to, or promote illegal content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive links
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host adult, hateful, or violent content without appropriate warnings

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Pro Plan

• Pro features are available via a paid monthly subscription.
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider.
• Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you upload to CodeLinks.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your content as part of your public profile page.
• The CodeLinks name, logo, templates, and code are our intellectual property.

We may review, remove, or disable access to content or accounts that violate these terms. We are not obligated to monitor all content but reserve the right to do so.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeLinks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost data, lost revenue, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. CodeKunda reserves the right to resolve disputes through appropriate legal channels.
